Here is how it works:
4% We find the buyer and write the contract. There is no other Realtor/Licensee involved. Our commission is just 4%
1% You find the buyer and there is no other Realtor/Licensee involved. We write the contract and walk it through escrow for you. Our commission is just 1%.
6% Through our marketing, another Realtor/Licensee represents the buyer. Our commission is 3% and the other Realtors commission is 3%. Total Commission paid is 6%
0% You find the buyer and there is no other Realtor/Licensee involved. You don’t want our assistance in negotiation or paperwork – That’s okay! We will willingly release your listing. You pay nothing in commission.
Not Happy? Cancel the listing anytime.
Either you or I can cancel the listing contract at anytime by calling and notifying the other party. The cancellation becomes effective at the time of call. However, please provide an email for written back up and allow 2 business days to have the sign, the marketing websites and the key box all to be removed.
